Old mate Andrew shared a few nuggets on how to bring your team on the journey using a budget. Yes, a budget. We're all for vision, all for the future, but there's something special about taking the nuts and bolts of business and using that to help get your team to where you want it to be.
It's an amazing way of empowering people to take ownership, run with the vision, and help them walk into leadership roles.
